Do
  • Keep your chest up and allow the lower back maintain a natural arch
  • Keep your elbows pointed to the ceiling
  • Return the dumbbells to the top by straightening your arms
Avoid
  • Allowing the elbows to swing forward or backward.
  • Not getting a full arm extension.
