High Cable Curl, double biceps

Do
  • Keep your chest up and your shoulders back
  • Curl toward the back of your head
  • Let your pinkies lead the movement
Avoid
  • Losing the tension from the biceps by pulling the bar all the way to the top of your chest
  • Using momentum or moving your elbows too much
