Do
- Place feet on lower edge of foot platforms, adjust seat so legs are extended with a slight bend in the knees and set resistance
- Start with heels slightly lower than edge of foot platform, extend toes outward and rise up your feet as far as you can
- Slowly lower to start position and repeat
Avoid
- Locking the knees
- Not extending the toes all the way
- Doing too fast
