  • Stand with both feet slightly wider than hip width
  • Keep the chest up, lower yourself by bending the hips and knees
  • Keep your weight on both heels while squatting

Avoid

  • Rounding the back
  • Buckling the knees inward
  • Heels coming off the ground while squatting
  • Locking the knees
