Your access to and use of the Services and the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Services and the Site.

By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Services.

You agree to use the Services for non-commercial purposes only as limited by these Terms and applicable laws and regulations in a way that doesn’t infringe with the rights of others or limit anyone else from using and enjoying the Services. Within the bounds of the law applicable, these terms and conditions form the entire contract between you and the Service Provider.

Applying the Terms

These Terms are applied to the use of the Services provided by Fit For Life Programs (MVfitness Ltd) and for maintaining the customer relationship between the customer using the Services of Fit For Life Programs (MVfitness Ltd)

These terms are applied to use of the Services by both registered users.. For registered users, these terms are applied between the parties at minimum until the user’s User has been unsubscribed.

Contents of the Service

The Service entails services and materials provided by Fit For Life Programs (MVfitness Ltd) and potentially other affiliates (“Other Service Providers”), as well as an online store with the extent of products available at a given time.

Fit For Life Programs (MVfitness Ltd) reserve a right to change the selection, functionality, content, and availability of the Services at any time. 

The contents and functionality of the Service may vary depending on the device used to access it.

The Services can entail among other things, the ability to partake in polls, contests and programs to develop the services and products of the company. The Service Provider reserves the right to alter, substitute or remove parts of the Service according to their own discretion or decision.

Intended use of the Service

The User agrees to use the Service for their personal and noncommercial use only. The user agrees to not copy or share any materials related to commercial products of the Service to any third party. The videos/Materials by Fit For Life Programs (MVfitness Ltd) can be shared and used when the logo is clearly shown.

Use of the Service without registration

Some of the services are available without registering as a user. The Services can be used without registration only in the extent that FitClub Finland deems fit. FitClub Finland reserves the right to exchange, alter and remove components, which allow using the Service without registration. This kind of components can also be changed to be usable by registered users only.


The user must provide the personal information requested during the registration process. The user is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the personal information provided. The user must choose a username and password (the “Credentials”) during the registration process.

The Credentials are personal. The User must not reveal the Credentials to a third party nor allow a third party to use their Credentials. Fit For Life Programs (MVfitness Ltd) is not responsible for unauthorized, inappropriate or illegal use of the Credentials if they are revealed, guessed, cracked or if they are compromised due to a bug. All activity done while logged in with the Credentials is considered done by the owner of the Credentials. If the user becomes aware of unauthorized use of the Credentials or if the Credentials have been compromised, the user must inform Fit For Life Programs (MVfitness Ltd) immediately. Fit For Life Programs (MVfitness Ltd) may then at their own discretion close down the Credentials to prevent misuse.

The Service is intended to be used by people aged 18 or older. All users that are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Site. If you are a minor, you must have a parent or a guardian read and agree to these Terms and Conditions prior to you using the Site.

Deleting an User Account

As a registered user, you have the right to delete your User Account. This is done by sending a request for deletion to The removal of your User Account comes in effect within seventy-two (72) hours from the moment that Fit For Life Programs (MVfitness Ltd) confirms the receiving of your request for account deletion.

The subscription can be cancelled at any time.

User generated contributions

By providing any contributions including but not limited to: text, images or videos to the Service, the user agrees to grant Fit For Life Programs (MVfitness Ltd) an unrestricted, unlimited, royalty-free and irrevocable right to host, use and alter the contents provided in any way we choose.

The user proclaims that any contributions they add to the Services are their original creations and do not violate any applicable law, regulation or rule. The user warrants that they have the right to grant Fit For Life Programs (MVfitness Ltd) the right to use the contributions as explained above.

Code of conduct and termination of service

The user is personally responsible for their use of the Service and their messages and actions within the Service. The user must use the Service according to these conditions, regulations and conventions. Fit For Life Programs (MVfitness Ltd) considers the following acts a breach of these conditions:

  1. spreading or sending content that is illegal, harmful or defamatory;
  2. hacking, cracking, spreading of tampered or corrupted software;
  3. sending any information or materials that infringe the copyright or other immaterial rights of Fit For Life Programs (MVfitness Ltd) or third parties;
  4. use the Service in a manner inconsistent with these terms and conditions or any applicable laws or regulations;
  5. threatening, bullying, abusing, stalking or harassing other users, coaches, people, groups or legal entities
  6. impersonating other people
  7. using or attempting to use other people’s credentials or user accounts
  8. sending files that contain viruses or corrupted data
  9. any act that changes object tor binary code into source code (reverse engineering, deciphering); and 
  10. downloading any software or part of software from the Service (aside from situations where Fit For Life Programs (MVfitness Ltd) have separately allowed downloading).

If Fit For Life Programs (MVfitness Ltd) deems that the user has breached these terms and/or has used the Service for any illegal or otherwise forbidden purposes,Fit For Life Programs (MVfitness Ltd) reserves the right, at their own discretion and without any liability towards the user, to prevent the user from accessing the Service indefinitely or to remove the user’s Credentials.

Intellectual property rights

The contents of the Site and Services are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. You may not copy, edit, spread or in any other way abuse materials that are under copyright and exclusive on the Site and/or in the Services, unless you have gained specific permission from the right holders. All trademarks, brands and trade names belong to their respective owners and their unauthorized use is prohibited.

The ownership, copyright, brand and all other intellectual property rights to any materials contained within the service or sent to users within the bounds of the Service belong to Fit For Life Programs (MVfitness Ltd), unless otherwise specified. Loaning, copying, saving, editing, altering, handing over to a third person, or taking advantage of the materials even partially is prohibited without prior explicit written permission fromFit For Life Programs (MVfitness Ltd.)

Right to alter the terms of the contract

Fit For Life Programs (MVfitness Ltd) reserves the right to change these terms at its own discretion. The Terms currently in effect are mentioned in the Service. By continuing to use the Service, the user is considered to have accepted the terms in their current form.

Transfer of contract

The user is not authorized to transfer the rights described within these terms and conditions, or pertaining to a coaching service they have purchased, to third parties.

Fit For Life Programs (MVfitness Ltd) always holds a right to transfer the Service and all or part of the rights and duties to a third party of its choosing or under the responsibility of a third party of its choosing due to a business sale or a business arrangement or for other justifiable reason, without separate consent from the user.

Methods of Payment

Unless stated otherwise, the methods of payment accepted in the Service are credit card, mobile and online back payment, PayPal and different billing/split payment methods.


PayPal is only a provider of payment services. PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (R.C.S. Luxembourg B 118 349) has been granted a permit according to the law given by Luxembourg’s credit institution on 5th of April 1993 (“The Law”), second article according a permit and is functioning under the supervision of Luxembourg’s supervisory authority, Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.

The online store serves as a marketer of services and products and is responsible for delivering the products to the customer. The online store takes care of the legal obligations as well as other obligations it has defined for itself. If you want to file a complaint or return a product, you should directly contact the online store from which the product was ordered.

Credit card payments

You can pay in the online store with the following cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, American Express. The international authentication services, Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey, are used in the online store.

Checkout and Klarna shown as the receiver of the payment on your credit card bill and serves as the mediator of your credit card payment, relaying your credit card payment directly to the vendor. Card payment occurs safely on the payment form and the details of the card are not stored in the system of the online store.

Long-distance sales and Right to Cancellation

Digital Services have a 14 day cancellation period starting from the signing of the contract pertaining to said service.

However, the customer can no longer cancel a purchase if the customer has agreed to receive parts of the service before the cancellation period has elapsed.

By registering in the Service, the User consents to Fit For Life Programs using the user’s name and address for direct marketing purposes, including electronic marketing.

What Personally Identifiable Information is collected?

We may collect basic user profile information from all of our Visitors. We collect the following additional information from our Authorized Customers: the names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of Authorized Customers, the nature and size of the business, and the nature and size of the advertising inventory that the Authorized Customer intends to purchase or sell.

In addition to our direct collection of information, our third party service vendors (such as credit card companies, clearinghouses and banks) who may provide such services as credit, insurance, and escrow services may collect this information from our Visitors and Authorized Customers. Fit For Life Program has entered into and will continue to enter into partnerships and other affiliations with a number of vendors. Such vendors may have access to certain Personally Identifiable Information on a need to know the basis for evaluating Authorized Customers for service eligibility. We provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site’s database by contacting. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor’s entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.
